We collect your name, email address, and optionally your LinkedIn profile when you register. Review submissions include job title, department, location, and ratings. Verification documents are stored securely and deleted after review.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate the platform, verify review authenticity, send optional notifications about followed companies, and improve our service. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Anonymity

When you submit a review anonymously, your name is not displayed publicly. However, we retain internal records linking reviews to accounts for moderation. This information is never shared with employers.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymous reviews may remain on the platform as they are no longer tied to an identity.
